Babylon Police rescued today, Monday, a woman who attempted suicide by throwing herself into the Euphrates River passing through Al-Hashimiyah District, south of Hillah. Director of Media for Babylon Police, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, "The police were able to rescue a woman who attempted suicide by throwing herself into the Euphrates River passing through Al-Hashimiyah District and transfer her to Al-Hashimiyah Hospital for treatment.
