A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "A judicial arrest warrant was issued against two people, on charges of setting fire to the body of a child due to disputes with his family in an agricultural village northeast of Baqubah, which led to his death after he was transferred to Baqubah Teaching Hospital."
