Amman: An official military source from the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army clarified that the explosions heard near the northern border are due to engineering survey experiments being conducted on the opposite side of the border. The source assured that these activities pose no threat to the borders and the security and safety of Jordanian citizens.
