NABLUS: This afternoon, IOF-backed Israeli colonist militias murdered an ambulance driver and injured another two civilians in a terror attack targeting the Palestinian village of Al-Sawiya, located south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local and medical sources. Bashar Qaryouti, a paramedic from the Qaryout Emergency Medical Services, reported that armed Israeli colonists and occupation soldiers opened fire on an ambulance of theirs while it was transporting two people who had been wounded earlier during the attack on the village. He said the terror shooting attack claimed the life of the ambulance driver, Mohammad Awadallah Musa, 50 years old. Earlier today, sources from the village informed WAFA that dozens of colonists from the illegal Eli settlement, built on stolen Palestinian lands south of Nablus, attacked homes of Palestinian citizens in the eastern area of the village. The attack initially resulted in injuries to two Palestinian citizens: a 50-year-old man with gunshot wounds t o the chest and a 26-year-old who was shot in the face. The attack is the latest in a spate of ongoing terror attacks perpetrated by Israeli colonist militias against Palestinian villages across the occupied West Bank, facilitated by political and legal backing from the hard-right Israeli coalition government.
