JERICHO: Armed Israeli colonists, backed by Israeli forces, attacked today a Palestinian Bedouin community in Arab Al-Malihat area, west of the city of Jericho. Hassan Mleihat, the supervisor of the Al-Baidar organization for defending the rights of the Bedouins, said that a group of armed colonists raided the Mleihat Arab community and hurled stones at civilian's homes, terrorizing children and women. The Bedouin community is often subjected to colonists and army attacks in an attempt to force the local residents out of their lands. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
