HEBRON: Armed colonists Sunday chased farmers and shepherds, attacked their herds, and prevented them from reaching fields and pastures in several areas east of Yatta and Al-Musafer, south of Hebron. Local sources told WAFA that a group of armed colonists attacked shepherds and farmers in the village of Amnezel, east of Yatta, assaulted their herds and prevented them from reaching pastures. In Wadi Al-Gawaya, armed colonists from the 'Tzkhar Man' colony, which was established on citizens' lands, violently attacked a group of children while they were harvesting Gundelia plant, and chased them over long distances. Colonists from the 'Maon and Karmiel' colonies also destroyed agricultural crops, and released their herds of livestock into the fields of citizens from the Makhamra and Hamamda families, in Maghayir Al-Ubaid and Fateh Sidro, and prevented them from reaching them.
