Security services in Babylon province arrested one of the most prominent antiquities dealers in the region and seized 80 antiquities in his possession. Brigadier General Adel Al-Hussaini, Media Director of Babylon Police, said, "The security forces and the National Security Service, in a qualitative operation, were able to arrest a drug dealer and seized in his possession more than 80 antiquities that were prepared for smuggling in an ambush in the city of Hillah. He added that the police transferred the accused to the competent authorities for investigation and the seized items were preserved." Source: National Iraqi News Agency
