The Ministry of Youth and Sports in Sana'a on Monday hosted its first annual meeting for 1446 AH, gathering directors of youth offices from across the provinces. The meeting aimed to review the performance of the offices over the past year, evaluate their activities and programs, and discuss strategies for enhancing cultural activities in clubs. Participants also addressed performance monitoring, identified obstacles, and explored solutions. Minister of Youth and Sports in the caretaker government Mohammed al-Muayadi emphasized the critical role of youth offices in nurturing young people, protecting their identity, and developing their skills. He commended the achievements of these offices despite the challenges posed by ongoing aggression, a siege, and limited resources. He also expressed appreciation for the support from the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the government. The meeting, which included undersecretaries Abdullah Al-Razihi (Youth Sector) and Ali Hadban (Sports S ector), highlighted the ministry's commitment to supporting and enhancing the performance of youth offices. Al-Muayadi urged directors to address the challenges facing the country, particularly those threatening the faith identity and values of future generations. The meeting featured extensive discussions on the current state, future priorities, and the role of youth in safeguarding national achievements and supporting societal issues.
