An appeal to provide coagulant factor “VW” for a hemophilia patient

Ramallah - Ma'an - The Palestinian Society for Bleeding Diseases appealed to provide VW coagulation factor and comprehensive care for citizen Maher Maraita. The association said that citizen Maher entered the recovery room in a critical condition due to continued bleeding from his nose, and his health condition continued to deteriorate in light of the unavailability of the coagulant factor VW, and the failure to complete a referral for treatment to internal hospitals. The association appealed to all responsible and competent authorities to help Maher, provide the coagulant factor, and complete a shunt to treat him better. The association said earlier that the suffering of hemophilia patients needs to be highlighted, as hemophilia patients in Palestine face severe challenges and difficulties, and their condition is exacerbated by the lack of medicines, services, and external threats.
