HH Amir of he State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday received two written messages from President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, pertaining to bilateral relations and means to boost them in addition to issues of common concern.
