Al-Thawra Hospital Authority in Hodeida holds free medical camp for psychological, neurological diseases

Al-Thawra General Hospital Authority in Hodeida province in coordination with the local authority and the health office in the province has launched a free medical camp for psychological and neurological diseases on the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan. In two days, the camp aims to provide examination services, medical consultations, and dispense free medications to patients with psychological and neurological conditions, especially vulnerable and poor medical cases, within the humanitarian medical programs. Authority's Vice Chairman for Health Services Affairs Dr. Abdo Nammari explained that the camp comes within a series of medical camps that the Hospital Authority holds annually in several specialties, to keep pace with the needs of poor medical cases from various districts in the province. He noted that the importance of the free camp in providing examination and treatment services for psychiatric patients since such camps have not been adopted in the field of psychiatry and neurolo gy, which requires more efforts and attention to patients.
