The Prime Minister's media office stated in a statement that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received, today, Monday, the Finnish Ambassador to Iraq, Anu Saarela, accompanied by a delegation representing the Finnish Wärtsilä company, which specializes in energy projects." During the meeting, bilateral relations and ways to develop them were discussed, especially in the fields of politics, investment, information technology and modern digital technologies, in which Finland has extensive experience.
