Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani renewed the government's commitment to providing services to all Iraqis. The Prime Minister's media office stated in a statement: "Al-Sudani launched, via a television circuit, the executive works of the Kojo Village Residential Complex project affiliated to Sinjar District in Nineveh Governorate." Al-Sudani stressed, according to the statement: "This project has been stalled since 2021, so let's start implementing it today, in this patient and steadfast village, which witnessed the aggression of ISIS terrorist gangs, to lay the foundation stone for a residential city with integrated services in the site of this village, which is a right for the return of life and landmarks of stability in Sinjar, whose original inhabitants are the Yazidis, who will remain honored and respected in this district." The Prime Minister stressed the government's commitment to completing all projects launched during his recent visit to the district, especially two hospital projects, one in Sinjar and the other in the northern district, the Rabia water project, the Sinjar University project, and other projects included in the 2025 budget, noting that services will be integrated in this residential complex. Al-Sudani pointed out that what is provided to our people is not a favor, but rather their national entitlement, because they are an interconnected part with the rest of the people of Iraq who have lived for decades in brotherhood and tolerance, expressing his thanks to all international agencies that contributed to this project.
