Baghdad, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received, today, Tuesday, at his residence in the American capital, Washington, a delegation from the American company (Stellar Energy), headed by the company's CEO, Mr. Peter Gibson. During the meeting, according to a statement by his media office, the mechanisms of cooperation with the company in the electricity sector were discussed, and the implementation progress of the company's projects being implemented in Iraq was reviewed. Al-Sudani stressed the need for the company to expedite the completion of the work of the projects contracted with the Ministry of Electricity, which are the two combined cycle projects in the Kirkuk and Sadr City power stations. For his part, Gibson confirmed the company's readiness to accelerate the completion of these projects, enter the field of developing various energy projects, and work to introduce systems to reduce carbon emissions.
