Prime Minister, Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani launched, today, Thursday, the executive works of three power station projects in Karbala. A statement from his media office stated that the stations are the combined cycle of the Karbala gas station with a capacity of (132 megawatts), the Karbala solar energy investment station project with a capacity of (300 megawatts), and the Karbala secondary conversion station 400 kV, with a capacity of (1500 MVA), within a package of projects to resolve bottlenecks in the transmission of electrical energy.
