The Prime Minister's Media Office stated in a statement: 'Today, Wednesday, Al-Sudani chaired the eighth meeting of the Supreme Committee for Reconstruction and Investment, which included discussing a number of important service, investment, economic and development projects, which fall within the government's priorities to revitalize all sectors, according to what was stated in the governmental program. During the meeting, Al-Sudani stressed, 'the necessity not to slow down or delay in making decisions that are compatible with the economic reform approach, which represents one of the government's priorities, and to proceed with the government's plans to implement strategic and development projects.' The Prime Minister stated: 'Iraq has become a safe and attractive environment for capital from international co mpanies, and a preferred market for businessmen and investors, thanks to the facilities and legislation provided by the government since its formation.'
