Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed during the inaguration of a number of military production factories and rehabilitation laboratories in the industrial complex of the Military Industrialization Authority south of Baghdad that the government is continuing to carry out its tasks. Al-Sudani said in a speech he delivered during the inaguration of the factories: We are facing an important achievement in the opening of a group of military factories. He added that the production of the Military Industrialization Authority used the latest lines from Iraqi and Turkish companies, stressing that military industrialization is one of the most important requirements of sovereignty. The Prime Minister continued by saying: Today we are establishing a military industry to secure the requirements of our security services. The Prime Minister explained that we have reached self-sufficiency in food He continued: We faced the most powerful terrorist wave in history for two decades Al-Sudani stressed that sec urity challenges remain present despite the victory over terrorism He said: There is clear support for military industries. The Prime Minister added that we have a vision for a military industry that secures Iraq's sovereignty He explained that military manufacturing products, in accordance with the laws, are marketed to meet the needs of security ministries The Prime Minister stressed that all committees concerned with contracts and the delivery of scrap material must be reconsidered.
