The head of the Najaf Council, Hussein Al-Issawi, met with Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani in the capital, Baghdad. The media office of Al-Issawi reported that "Al-Sudani's approval was obtained for a number of projects in Najaf, including the adoption of the construction of a second bridge next to the current Kufa Bridge or opposite Al-Rabi Street, and the approval to re-pump dry gas to the Kufa and Najaf cement plants in the coming days. The media office of the head of the Najaf Council added, "Approval was obtained to include graduates of educators and administrators in the exemption file and present it to the next cabinet session for voting on it, and they are each of (429, 394, 299), and thus all differences in this file will be resolved.
