Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani affirmed the government's commitment to serving the families of martyrs and all the people, based on its legal and legitimate duties. The Prime Minister's media office stated in a statement: "Al-Sudani received, today, Sunday, a group of families of martyrs of the security forces, the Popular Mobilization Forces, and victims of terrorism. At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Sudani offered congratulations and blessings to the families and children of the martyrs, recalling their great sacrifices for the unity of Iraq and its people, and listened to the families' proposals, and was informed of their conditions, and directed to follow up on all their needs and requirements, stressing that the families of the martyrs will remain high, and the state is obligated to serve them. According to the statement, he stressed the government's commitment to serving the families of the martyrs and all the people, based on its legal and legitimate duties, stating: "Iraq, in all its par ts, enjoys stability thanks to the sacrifices of the martyrs who gave their lives so that their country remains dear and proud." Al-Sudani referred to the blessed fatwa issued by the supreme authority, Sayyid Ali al-Sistani, in which sheikhs and youth competed to fight the terrorist ISIS gangs and save Iraq from disasters, in a manner that will not be repeated at any time or place. The Prime Minister stressed his continuous directives to the relevant departments to provide service, care and attention to the families of the martyrs, and to follow up on their needs; in loyalty and gratitude to their martyred sons who gave their lives, which is the ultimate goal of generosity, stressing: "Iraq has many opportunities capable of advancing the service reality and correct construction to achieve societal peace and advance the reality of society."
