Doha: Al Shaqab, a member of Qatar Foundation, will organize a new edition of Al Farrisa - ladies' show jumping event - at the Longines Indoor Arena on May 17, from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. In a statement on Monday, Al Shaqab welcomed all women and girls, as well as boys under 10 years old; noting that the event will feature a dedicated section for local Qatari workshop activations, aiming to foster engagement among female creatives, providing them with a unique space to explore and network. Al Shaqab launched Al Farrisa in March 2023 for girls aged 14 years and above - the target age for this competition. Source: Qatar News Agency
