Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai on Wedneday emphasized that administrative reform will be a top priority in the upcoming phase. Speaking at an expanded meeting with leaders from the agricultural sector, including Undersecretaries Dhaif Allah Shamlan and Abbas Hiba, al-Rubai highlighted the need to learn from past experiences to address challenges and build on successes. He called for teamwork and cooperation in line with the Government of Change and Construction's directives, stressing the importance of improving and automating procedures to enhance service delivery. The minister also underscored the need to finalize projects aimed at developing agricultural, fisheries, and water policies, guided by Quranic principles and revolutionary leadership directives.
