The dialogue also touched on the most prominent challenges and opportunities facing the House of Representatives and the government at the present time, and Iraq's role in promoting peace and regional stability. He pointed out that "the meeting discussed the recent developments taking place in the Middle East region, especially what is happening in Palestine.
