A statement from Al-Mandalawi's media office said that the Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received at his residence today, Saturday, the President of the Iraqi Islamic Supreme Council, Sheikh Humam Hamoudi. During the meeting, according to the statement, a number of important local files and issues were discussed, and the latest developments in the political scene, especially the movement of the national forces to choose a speaker for the House of Representatives, and the need to expedite the resolution of this file on the basis of dialogue and consensus.
