The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, discussed with the Iranian ambassador to Baghdad, "Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadiq", working to stop the Zionist aggression and implementing international laws, resolutions and outcomes of international legitimacy on the usurping Israeli entity. The National State Forces Alliance said in a statement: "Al-Hakim met the Iranian ambassador in Baghdad this morning, Sunday, and called to move to hold meetings of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the League of Arab States, and all international organizations to pressure towards stopping the aggression and implementing international laws, resolutions and outcomes of international legitimacy on the usurping Israeli entity." It added, "Developments in the political scene in the region and the dangerous escalation in Gaza and Lebanon were discussed," noting that "Al-Hakim stressed the importance of combining everyone's efforts to stop this war that the Israeli entity seeks to expand its circle."
