The National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji discussed with the Commander of the NATO mission in Iraq, Jose Antonio, the progress made in the mission's work inside Iraq. The Chancellery stated in a statement: 'Today, Al-Araji met with Jose and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the mission's senior civilian ambassador to Iraq.' During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the work of the NATO mission in Iraq and the continuation of cooperation and partnership between the two sides, as well as discussing the progress made in the mission's work inside Iraq. During the meeting, Al-Araji stressed that Iraq's interest requires cooperation and building real partnerships with friendly countries, to achieve security and stability in the region and the world.
