Al-Aqsa support committee calls on Yemeni people for massive participation in Friday marches

The High Committee for the National Campaign to Support Al-Aqsa discussed on Wednesday several issues related to supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza during its meeting, chaired by advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council Sheikh Mohammed Metah. The committee applauded the military operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces, navy, missile force, and drone air force during the current week in support of our oppressed brothers in Gaza and in response to the American-British aggression on Yemen. Particularly, the committee praised the military operations targeting the American aircraft carrier "Eisenhower" and several American destroyers simultaneously with targeting the ships that violated the blockade on the occupied Palestinian ports. The committee noted the successes achieved by the Yemeni armed forces in general during the fourth escalation phase against the Zionist enemy and in response to the American-British aggression on Yemen. It highly praised the resilience of the peo ple of Gaza in the face of Israeli aggression despite the Nazi atrocities and genocide they have been subjected to since October 7, 2023. The committee also praised the heroic operations of the Palestinian resistance fighters, who inflict significant human and material losses on the Zionist enemy. The liberation of the occupied land and the achievement of freedom and independence can only be realized through armed struggle, patience, steadfastness, and great sacrifices. The High Committee expressed high appreciation for Slovenia, which announced its recognition of the State of Palestine, and for Spain, Ireland, and Bulgaria, which preceded it in recognizing the Palestinian state, as well as for the Maldives for banning holders of Israeli passports from entering its territory. Such international positions were considered a clear condemnation and rejection of the criminal and brutal approach of the Zionist enemy, and a practical expression of humanitarian and ethical solidarity with the defenseless Palestin ian people and their legitimate right to establish their independent state with its capital in Jerusalem. The High Committee approved the program for the special million-man march to be held on Friday afternoon in al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana'a and similar marches in the free provinces and several directorates in solidarity with our people in Gaza and the West Bank, and in support of the armed forces and condemnation of the American-British aggression on Yemen. These marches will be held under the slogan "With Gaza... Enhancing Capabilities and Escalating Operations." The committee called on the Yemeni people to participate massively and widely in the Friday marches to send a clear and powerful message to the Zionist, American, and British enemies that Yemeni people and armed forces will not cease their fraternal, humanitarian, and ethical duties until the aggression against the people in Gaza and the blockade on them are lifted, and sufficient essential food and medical supplies are provided to the m.
