Head of the Nebni Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, received in his office in Baghdad today, Sunday, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, and his accompanying delegation. According to a statement by Al-Amiri's office, the two sides discussed the general situation, the most prominent political developments and joint files, and presented the best solutions regarding the controversial issues existing between the federal government and the regional government, including the budget and salaries, in addition to discussing the Kurdistan Parliament elections. They emphasized the importance of continuing national rapprochement, continuing political understanding, and adopting constructive dialogue and legal and constitutional foundations in order to reach a settlement of all outstanding issues.
