Taiz governorate on Monday hosted a meeting chaired by deputy of Sana'a caretaking government, Dr. Rasheed Abu Lohoom, that discussed steps to implement a package of economic empowerment project for Maqbana and Sharab Arrouna districts. Funded by both ministry of finance and Taiz local authority, the projects are aimed at fields of agriculture, animal, bee fosterage, and cheese industry. In addition to economic empowerment, a package of service projects in water, roads and education will be implemented, said Abu Lohoom, also minister of finance. Source: Yemen News Agency
