The directors of the Hajjah branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Allan Fadael, and Ali Sawan, inaugurated the fifth phase of the emergency livelihood assistance project in Abs District on Wednesday. The project is being implemented under the supervision of the Council in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources. It is being carried out by the "Sada" Foundation for Construction and Development, with funding from the Central Emergency Response Fund. The project aims to improve food security and resilience, as well as restore the livelihoods of displaced and host families in the Abs district. In the fifth phase of the project, the goal is to distribute one thousand female goats, at a rate of 4 goats per family. In total, the project aims to distribute six thousand livestock to 1,500 families to help improve their standard of living. Source: Yemen News Agency
