A young man in his twenties died as a result of being shot by an unknown source while he was in his home in Al-Hamzah Al-Gharbi district, south of Hilla. Babylon Police Information Director, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, 'A young man was hit in the head by gunfire from an unknown source while he was in the garden of his house in the Hamza Al-Gharbi district, south of Hila, on Thursday, which led to his immediate death.' He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine office and that an investigation was opened into the incident to determine the causes of death.
