The Head of the Communications Department at the Turkish Presidency, Fahrettin Altun, condemned the insult of Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz to his country, saying: "We can't learn anything from killers like you." Altun said in a post on his account on the "X" platform in response to a post by Katz targeting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan: "Our president and our country can't learn anything from killers like you, perpetrators of genocide, and your hands are stained with blood." He added: "One day you will be held accountable for the massacres you committed against our Palestinian brothers, and the shameful genocide." He stressed that whenever the murderous Israeli officials utter the name of the Turkish President and Turkey, we will continue to support him more and stand firmly behind him.
