Baghdad: Security forces arrested a person accused of trying to incite discord among the people, east of Baghdad. A statement from the Ministry of Interior stated: 'After receiving news of a person closing (Al-Mustafa Mosque), located in Al-Waziriya area, to worshipers while they were performing the dawn prayer, and this act was repeated more than once, a specialized work team was immediately formed from (Cairo Police Station and rescue patrols of Al-Adhamiya and the 4th Baghdad Al-Rusafa Emergency Regiment) in cooperation with other security services, where they moved to the mosque, in-depth investigation and monitoring of surveillance cameras, and the accused was identified, his whereabouts were determined, and he was arrested.' The statement explained that: 'When interrogating the accused, he admitted to carrying out the lockdown for the purpose of inciting discord and creating chaos among the people, and he was placed in detention to complete the legal procedures against him.
