An elderly man committed suicide by shooting himself inside his house in the Hibhib district of Diyala Governorate. A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): 'A man in his seventies committed suicide inside his house on the outskirts of the Hibhib district, northwest of Baqubah, by shooting himself with a Kalashnikov rifle.' He added: 'Preliminary investigations indicate that the man was suffering from a psychological illness, and the body was transferred to forensic medicine. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
