A “senior engineer” in Hezbollah’s missile system killed in an Israeli raid

News reports in Lebanon reported, today, Saturday, that an Israeli drone targeted a car in the town of Shaath in Baalbek District, eastern Lebanon, killing one person. It explained that the Israeli attack was carried out with a missile fired by a drone at a car at the intersection of the town of Shaath in the Baalbek region. It was revealed that the target of the Israeli strike was a member of the Lebanese Hezbollah called Maytham Al-Attar. Israeli Channel 12 reported that the Israeli Air Force carried out an assassination operation targeting a 'senior engineer' in Hezbollah's air defense system in Lebanon. Tensions between Hezbollah and Israel have escalated in recent months, with growing fears of the outbreak of a wide-scale war that could ignite a regional conflict.
