A security source announced the arrest of a second accused in the case of stealing compensation funds at the Diyala Governorate Office, hours after the arrest of the first accused. The source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: 'A joint security force was able to arrest an accused in the case of embezzlement of an amount of 9 billion dinars from compensation funds in the governorate office.'
