Baghdad Operations Command forces arrested a number of people accused of criminal crimes and drug trafficking in Baghdad. The command stated in a statement: 'Baghdad Joint Operations Command detachments arrested a number of defendants according to various legal articles, including those wanted for crimes (criminal, promoting and using narcotic substances, possession of unlicensed weapons) and seized (18) pistols, three different types of rifles, and a number of weapons vehicles and motorcycles violating traffic controls and a quantity of narcotic substances and drug abuse devices, in addition to expired medications, on Karkh and Rusafa sides of Baghdad .
