A joint force from the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Federal Police carried out, today, Wednesday, a large security operation south of Salah al-Din Governorate. The Popular Mobilization Commission said in a statement: 'A joint force from the 43rd Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Federal Police carried out a security operation in the south of Salah al-Din Governorate, to search and secure a number of orchards and grasslands that could be used by elements of the terrorist remnants of ISIS to hide in.' It added: "This operation aims to enhance security and stability in all areas of Salah al-Din governorate and block any attempt to tamper with its security. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
