They arrested two defendants and seized a number of iron and plastic tanks filled with an oil product of unknown quantity and quality, as well as pumps and suction and discharge hoses. In another context, the detachments of the Eighth Brigade arrested an accused and seized his vehicle in Basra because he did not carry official documents inside the southern Rumaila site.
