Security forces found the body of retired doctor Dr. Faisal Al-Huwaizi, who was exposed for a heinous murder and robbery in his home in Najaf. A Najaf police source said: 'Initial investigations indicate that he was killed as a result of an armed robbery at his house.' It is noteworthy that Dr. Faisal Al-Huwaizi is considered one of the pioneers in the medical and academic fields and has previously held a position of Assistant Dean of the College of Medicine at Al-Mustansiriya University, a matter that generated great dissatisfaction among the academic and medical circles in Najaf.
