Karbala, A security force, in cooperation with the slums (encroachments) Division in the Municipality Department in the holy Karbala Governorate, demolished the house of a drug dealer in one of the encroachments areas and deported his family to one of the southern governorates from which they came. The owner of the house had been arrested while trading drugs earlier and Karbala Criminal Court convicted him according to the law. Karbala Governorate Council had issued a decision to deport anyone proven guilty of drug or human organ trafficking and crimes against honor from Karbala if he was an expatriate and made the governorate a scene for his crimes.
