A seven-year-old girl died today, Thursday, as a result of an electric shock from an electric pole next to their house in Al-Khamisiyah area of Al-Hamza Al-Gharbi district, south of Hilla. Babylon Police Information Director, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, 'The child, Zahraa Muhammad Ismail, died as a result of an electric shock from an electric pole next to their house in Al-Khamisiyah area of Al-Hamzah Al-Gharbi district, south of Hilla.' He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine office and that an investigation was opened into the incident to determine the causes of death.
