Mafraq: 93 cases benefited from "Detection of Developmental Dysplasia (Dislocation) of the Hip (DDH), " campaign, held by the French "Chain of Hope" organization, Mafraq Health Directorate announced. In remarks to "Petra" Wednesday, Mafraq health director, Dr. Faisal Makhaleh, said the campaign showed that 5 children were suffering from DDH deformation, as free medical equipment was installed for beneficiaries, and their condition was followed up until their full recovery. Makhaleh also praised role of the Jordanian Ministry of Health for its efforts to network with healthcare bodies to launch treatment campaigns for citizens of all ages, expressing hope that the French organization would launch similar initiatives in the Northern Badia region.
