At least five people were killed, and 12 others were injured, in a minibus accident in Heilongjiang Province, northeastern China. According to local authorities, the accident occurred on a highway in Qing'an County. Investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing. It is noteworthy that 14 people were killed, and 37 were injured last March, in a passenger bus collision in Shaanxi Province, northern China.
