An earthquake measuring 5.0 magnitude on the Richter scale hit on Tuesday Cordoba province in Argentina. The US Geological Survey (USGS) said in a statement that the earthquake occurred 51 km from Salsacate town, at a depth of 145.2 km. There have been no reports of casualties or material damage as a result of the earthquake.
