The Ministry of Interior announced today, Saturday, the arrest of (3) people and seized unlicensed weapons in their possession in Baghdad.

The ministry said in a statement that the police patrols affiliated to the Baghdad Rusafa Police Command managed to arrest (3) people who were caught with unlicensed weapons (a Kalashnikov rifle and a hunting rifle) in their possession.

It added, that the arrest process came during security practices within the areas (Al-Alawiyya and Hussainiya Al-Ma'mal), where they were duly handed over to the police station./ End
