The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced that 24 people were injured in a traffic accident that occurred Wednesday morning in Giza Governorate, Egypt. The accident occurred as a result of a collision between 12 cars, including 4 transport vehicles, on the ring road in the governorate, the Ministry said. Ambulance provided first aid services to 11 of the injured at the scene of the accident, while 13 others were transferred to the hospital for treatment. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation. Last February, 15 people were killed and seven others were injured in a traffic accident that occurred in Alexandria Governorate, northern Egypt. Source: Qatar News Agency
