GAZA: The Palestinian Red Crescent society (PRCS) today said that its crews evacuated 21 wounded people from the Nasser Medical Complex in the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, after it was put completely out of service. The Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance crews in coordination with the World Health Organization, participated in the evacuation of 21 wounded persons from the Nasser complex. PRCS said that at least five ambulance crews participated in the evacuation operation, evacuating 21 wounded people. They were all transferred to the International Field Medical Corps and Indonesian Field Hospitals in Rafah Governorate, south of the Gaza Strip. Earlier morning, Israeli warplanes bombed the vicinity of the Nasser complex, resulting in the injury of several people and causing massive destruction to the nearby buildings. The Complex, which contains about 120 wounded and sick people and medical staff, is still under a strict Israeli military siege, according to PRCS.
