Baghdad, The Ministry of Interior announced the overthrow of 19 people wanted by the judiciary in Nineveh Governorate. The Ministry stated in a statement: 'The Nineveh Governorate Police Command implemented (19) judicial orders issued by the competent courts against wanted persons, (5) of them were in accordance with the legal article (1/4 of terrorism), and (14) others were in accordance with various legal articles that included theft, threats, fraud, and other criminal cases, in addition to seizing vehicles with impound signs, and deploying foot patrols to secure markets and entertainment areas.' The Command indicated that this came during security practices initiated by police detachments in all areas of responsibility, and took the necessary measures to seize the seized items and arrest the accused for the purpose of completing their investigative papers and presenting them to the competent judiciary to decide their fate.
