AMRAN - SABA: The disbursement of social welfare funds for 78,900 beneficiaries registered with the Social Welfare Fund has begun in Amran province, totaling 2.26 billion Y.R. During the launch, Ali al-Samah, Director General of the Fund's branch, outlined that disbursements will be made across nine districts through al-Amal Bank, five districts through the Bank of Yemen and Kuwait, and six districts through al-Kuraimi Bank. He emphasized the significance of this 18th phase of the emergency cash transfer project, particularly in the current challenging circumstances facing the country due to ongoing aggression and blockade.
