The Federal Police Command forces arrested 18 suspects under various legal articles and seized unlicensed weapons in Baghdad and Babylon. The Command stated in a statement: The security effort of the Federal Police's mechanized division units, with the support of the intelligence effort and the attached units, resulted in the arrest of 18 suspects under legal articles (murder, quarrel, threat, execution, bulldozing agricultural lands, violating residence affairs) in the area of (Al-Jihad neighborhood, Arab Jabour, Abu Dashir) in Baghdad and the area of (Iskandariyah) in Babylon Governorate. It added that the mechanized division units were able to carry out a search duty for unlicensed weapons in the (Fifth Police District), which resulted in the seizure of (a Kalashnikov rifle, 120 bullets, 7 ammunition magazines), and the accused were referred with the seized weapons to the competent authorities.
